The grapes, collected in crates, are crushed immediately after the harvest. Follows a fermentation in Inox still tanks to temperature controlled.
After racking, in the cellar are the conditions for the malolactic fermenta-tion. The wine matures in Freanch Barrique for 18 months and ages in the bottle for 6 months before being sold.
